Sangho Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Sangho mobile application and any associated services (collectively, the “Platform”), provided by PHXSolution (“Sangho”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for the content you post, and you agree that your content will not infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.

5. Membership Plans and Payments

The association offers both free and premium content. By subscribing to the Premium Service, you agree to pay the fees for the selected subscription plan. Payments can be made monthly or annually.

  • Recurring Payments: Premium subscriptions automatically renew unless terminated before the end of the current billing period.

  • Cancellation and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [Insert Contact Email]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the billing cycle. Payments already made are non-refundable.

6. Content Management and Account Closing

Sangho reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate your account if you repeatedly violate these Terms or engage in illegal or harmful activities.
